Eyelash Extension

Ensuring that Your Eyelash Extension Glue Quality Remains Good in Summer Heat

If you are a seasoned customer used to using eyelash extensions, then you might feel the need to have the eyelash extension glue stored at your home, as a part of your contingency plan. However, there are a couple of catches. Firstly, you must opt for that specific glue, which your beauty specialist has recommended when you visited the spa for the first time. Secondly, you must store it properly, more so during the summer, when temperatures soar to great heights. For instance, when you visit us at Browz and Beauty by Usha for the first time, we would not only use a specific type of glue for applying eye extensions but will also suggest you the following steps, in case you have plans to store the glue at your home. The steps will help you store it during the hot summer months!

Cool it properly: You need to store the glue in a dark, cool space. As an expert, we would suggest you store the glue and even use it in a steady environment, with a view to avoiding temperature fluctuation. If the glue is exposed to too hot and humid conditions that may affect the viscosity of the glue.

Mind the temperature: Ideally, we would recommend you to keep the eyelash extension adhesive between 17 and 25 degree Celsius. You need to store it in a dark drawer, with a pack of silica, or dry rice. This will help the glue to retain its freshness, the adhesive quality. Besides, it will also help the glue to keep the moisture content at bay.

Leave a note for the delivery person: If you have plans to order online the adhesive for eyelash extension in Liverpool, or anywhere else, as experts, we would suggest you check the tracking and leave a note, requesting the person who is delivering it to you, to keep the package out of direct sunlight once he/she drops it at your doorstep, with you not at the home. This will damage the adhesive quality of the glue.

Ensure you keep Oxygen out of it: Oxygen generally diminishes the life of the eyelash extension adhesives that we use to serve our clients. Thus, exposing the glue to oxygen may change the viscosity and turn it useless. Therefore, when you are not using it, you must ensure the tube/bottle is properly and tightly closed.

Replenish it periodically: Remember, these glues never last for too long! Generally, the shelf life of eyelash extension glues varies from 6 to 8 weeks after the first use, depending upon the brand and quality of the glue you use. Thus, you need to replenish the glue twice a year and opt for fresh products, discarding the old one. Thus, it is better to purchase in bulk from a store that sells glues for eyelash extension in Canley Vale. It will not only help you in savings but save you from scrambling for a new bottle at the hour of your need.

So what can you do? If you take our suggestion, the best way is to store the sealed, unopened bottles of eyelash extension adhesives in a freezer (not the refrigerator, as this might allow the moisture to get in). However, before using the glue, you need to take the bottle/tube out of the freezer at least 4 hours before the use and let it attain the room temperature.

However, if you want to keep all these away from you, visiting us at Canley Vale, Liverpool or wherever we serve, is the best option for eyelash extension. We at Browz and Beauty by Usha will be more than glad to serve you. To further know about the issue, and to book an appointment, call us at 1300122522 or 0450 750 522.
